NOTICE OF INTENT FOR THE CARROLLTON STATION FOUNDATION, INC.

The purpose of the Carrollton Station Foundation (CSF), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is to generate proceeds from the sale of a compilation CD consisting of songs recorded and written by local artists. The CD will be distributed through various establishments through the New Orleans area, online - as full album or singles, and through any other means deemed necessary by CSF board members. The CSF will also at its discretion release ancillary goods associated with the release of the compilation CD to further benefit the musicians and song writers. All proceeds; after CD recording, manufacturing, and administrative costs, will be administered by the Carrollton Station Foundation to local (New Orleans area) musicians affected by hurricane Katrina. The foundation consisting of 7 members will review and award proceeds to the applicants (musicians). Any musician, song writer or music professional may apply for assistance from the CSF. Applicants are not guaranteed to receive funds due to the overwhelming demand for assistance.

Publishing - PA
We ask that the songwriter(s) publisher(s), producer(s) assignee(s) representative(s), or any other entity which may exercise control (Domestic United States CD distribution, ROW for online sales) of said composition sign a non-exclusive right to use the composition for the sole purpose of benefiting and generating funds for the CSF compilation CD.

Sound Recording - SR
We ask that the artist(s) record label(s), assignee(s) representative(s), or any other entity which may exercise control (Domestic United States CD distribution, ROW for online sales) of said sound recording execute a non-exclusive right to use said sound recording (song) for the sole purpose of benefiting and generating funds for the CSF compilation CD.

These aforementioned PA and SR rights are non-exclusive and in no way limit the right of all parties associated with the compositions and sound recordings to use their works in commerce.

We ask that the song writer(s) and all parties associated with the compositions sign a waiver excluding the CSF from the payment of any royalties, monies, or fees associated with the composition and its use to benefit the CSF compilation CD.
